All our pasta is made from its purest form, using 100% natural ingredients such as semolina, extra fine durum wheat, fresh organic whole eggs and purified water.
To ensure the high quality, no preservatives or artificial flavours are added.

We can also custom make these with natural flavoured ingredients such as seaweed, charcoal and vegetables.
